We video record, edit and provide for review trainee draft presentation performances, as well as draw on other useful content in the workshops. We use active learning techniques (including through interactive exercises and games) to increase skill retention.
After workshops, we provide concise and confidential written reports evaluating performance and highlighting strengths, weaknesses and suggestions for further focus.
